Shopping Information

When will my order ship if I place it today?

Orders placed Sunday-Thursday by midnight will be roasted the next morning and shipped that afternoon. Orders placed Friday-Sunday by midnight will roast and ship on Monday.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Our standard delivery time usually takes 10-14 days for Canada and USA, for international orders it takes 2-3 weeks depending on local customs and carrier. In case you wish to receive your items the next working day, you may want to contact us prior to placing the order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we use Canada Post as default shipping option but UPS, DHL and FEDEX is also available, please contact us prior to placing the order. 

Can I pick my order up?

Absolutely! Just select ‘PICK UP’ as your shipping method. We will have your order ready for pick up within 1 business day. We’ll email you once it’s ready for pick up.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You may use VISA and Master Card debit/credit cards for payment in our Online Store. We take payment safety very seriously and your credit card details will be handled with the highest security.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact support@shineforceshop.com notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

Orders and Returns

Do I have to pay a customs duty for goods that I order?

This is entirely at the discretion of the customs agency in your country and completely out of our control.  You are responsible for any and all customs taxes or tariffs, as applicable to your country, at the time of delivery.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.

How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as you have finalized your purchase, you will receive an automated E-Mail with your complete purchase information. A second E-Mail will follow which will inform you about the order status. If the status of your item is confirmed, we shall contact you shortly by phone for delivery arrangements.

As a registered customer, you may also check your order status in the order overview under ‘Order Tracking’.

How Can I Return a Product?

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to cancel your order. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items at any time before delivery arrangements have been confirmed with you.

You have the right to return any item within fourteen (14) days after delivery to you, provided that the terms and conditions relating to returns have been satisfied and subject to an administrative fee to be borne by you.
